A good start to the week. Not only did I have the best Monday in a long time but some old school friends are planning a camping get together. From the time we finished school till the time when woman came into our lives we camped at least every 3weeks. Up and down the coast including forests and on beaches. As woman arrived slowly but surely the group got smaller until the time came for the first marriage.............. Yep that word !
Anyway it will be good to get together and see all the family's.
A nice 8k last night at 4:50 pace and I felt good. The only problem was the sweat poring off me and the windy conditions.
So I am happy (see how long that lasts) and another 8k tonight.

Good to see the injury break was short ... well, it probably didn't seem it to you!
K2D is my goal also, though I only plan to run one way. This year is the second leg (we alternate).
