Head down bum up !

Back from Sydney and a well deserved break.
I am still at the tail end of this flu bug thing and it seems to just hang on.
Over the last two days I did put in a couple of 10k runs and to my surprise I ran under 5min per k both times!
My legs felt cr#p, I could not get into a rhythm or even feel good. But after a break you get that.
Anyway its time to get the body back in the groove and get hungry.
I am in the process of getting a running group together at Victoria Point and hopefully start a running club in the future. There are heaps of runners/joggers out this way but no clubs or groups to inspire or promote.
So the plan begins !

The pace of your training runs always impresses me - great work.

Be good to see that running club get going, I'll pass the word around to anyone I think may be interested.
